"Absolutely fantastic course – the best I’ve ever attended. I was concerned before the course that some elements may not be particularly relevant as I don’t work in an innovation hub, but I couldn’t have been more wrong. Prof Medhat was an excellent trainer, and used his breadth of experience to bring the tools and techniques explained in the course to life. I now feel have a toolkit to draw upon and adapt for a range of business applications – many thanks.”

Paula Fredersdorff, Deputy Head of Profession for Statistics, MoD Centre, UK

"Great to be able to spend 2 days thinking and reflecting on the process of innovation and being able to tap into such a distinguished Instructor. Despite having started my Innovation journey as DACOS Innovation with NCHQ back in 2016 and being on a journey of discovery ever since, there was value in attending the course and reflecting on what we did then and how we might have done things differently, whilst thinking ahead about innovation in organisational design for DIO now.”

Cdre Sharon Malkin, Head of Customer Support, Defence Infrastructure Organisation, MoD, UK

"Thank you for the opportunity to comment. I found the course met all its objectives well. It was well-placed and very well taught. I found some of the models familiar to me, others I will add to my growing toolbox. All of which have helped me grow my knowledge, and will help me to Champion Innovation going forward. This course, combined with my previous attendance on the Digital Business Transformation course, have both been superb in terms of CPD. I intend now to re-read the resources as part of my academic 'soak period', to lock the learning in. Will recommend the course to others.”

Maj Marcus Mason, REME, Army, MoD, UK

"Course was very well structured, and all items well presented. Professor had an outstanding performance, well prepared. It was one of the best courses I‘ve ever had, focused, not only on theories but targeting the real world. Helped to understand the Innovation process.”
